The porch can be closed thanks to vertical awnings installed in the three arches that give access to the pool area; the ample space offers multiple opportunities for its distribution and functionality.

If we go up the spiral staircase located at the entrance, we will access the upper floor where we find the master suite with A/C, an en-suite spacious bathroom and a comfortable dressing room. In addition, the main room enjoys a balcony with magnificent views and a terrace area sheltered from the wind.
